I've been really concerned with my weight these past few months. It might be affected because I live in China, Chinese culture is to as advanced as other western cultures. For example in America, people are now more accepting of diverse body types, colors and sexuality. But in China, the ideal image is the tall, skinny and pale image that was popular a while ago.
I eat one meal a day eating an average amount of food with maybe a snack in the afternoon. I weigh myself at least once a day. I try to throw up after meals if I can. I have a healthy BMI for my height and weight but want to be much skinnier. I don't exercise at all and look at myself in the mirror a lot.
So if anyone could tell me what is going on, that would be awesome! thanks!
