  1. Thank you so much. I will definitely buy that book. I think my triggers are feeling overwhelmed by all my work I have to do, and everything I have to do and get done. And not being able to mentally take time for myself. Thank you again.😊
  2. Hi...so I have had panic attacks but never like this. Since Friday I have been having them all day everyday... it’s so draining and exhausting. I have to keep up with life though I’m a busy person but I can’t with all this stress, it’s too much. My panic attacks have been happening one after the other, I am on a waiting list for a good councillor. My doctor took me off my panic medication and won’t up my dosage on my anti anxiety/depression medication. I had refills left but my doctor said that she wouldn’t adjust it nor change it, so I’m waiting for a new doctor. All the stress and constant panic attacks are sooooo much. sorry for the rant.

  5. Hi I’m new and I’m hoping to hopefully get some tips and help as well as helping. Have you ever woken up and just felt super anxious and awful for no reason what so ever and went somewhere and had super shaky hands and a racing heart? Does anyone know what to do what to do when you have to do social things with general anxiety, I have struggled with this for a while and can’t seem to overcome it. And it’s like I have been trapped for so long and my world is becoming so small because of uncontrollable panic attacks, I’ll be out with friends and I’ll get anxious for no reason, or grocery shopping, it’s awful. I have lost many friends due to them just not understanding my anxiety. Thanks .
