Hi I’m new and I’m hoping to hopefully get some tips and help as well as helping.
Have you ever woken up and just felt super anxious and awful for no reason what so ever and went somewhere and had super shaky hands and a racing heart? Does anyone know what to do what to do when you have to do social things with general anxiety, I have struggled with this for a while and can’t seem to overcome it. And it’s like I have been trapped for so long and my world is becoming so small because of uncontrollable panic attacks, I’ll be out with friends and I’ll get anxious for no reason, or grocery shopping, it’s awful. I have lost many friends due to them just not understanding my anxiety. Thanks .
