  1. Due to recent back injuries, I'm basically on bed rest. Usually being at home is easy for me because I don't have to deal with people. For some reason my anxiety is worse this week.
  2. I have tried seeing a therapist and I have tried breathing and grounding techniques.
  3. Hey guys. I'm new here. I've tried every other coping strategy for anxiety and nothing has worked. Figured I'd give this a shot.
