Anxiety USA is a peer-led non-profit focused on helping people with anxiety recover from their condition through the proliferation of support groups. We are based out of the Chicagoland area where we have been running a support group for the past 4 years. Through our experience, we have found that groups are more effective than individual therapy alone.
