Ruu 39 Posted December 5, 2017 Hey all! I've had a good few weeks! Haven't been here much which is great! but today I can't sleep at all. It's 3am now and I've just been laying here since 11. Iugrad91 501 Posted December 5, 2017 Try the 4-7-8 breathing technique which is supposed to help you fall asleep within a minute or so. Breathe in for 4 counts, hold for 7 counts, and breathe out for 8 counts. It helps me fall asleep. You can also do a muscle tensing exercise to help relax. You tense each set of muscles and hold for a count of 8 then relax, starting with your face, shoulders, chest, belly/torso, hips/butt, upper legs, knees, lower legs, feet). Work your way down from your head to your feet. Then tense your whole body for 8 and relax. Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
