Valkyrie 15 Posted November 2, 2016 I know it's probably cliche but have you tried yoga? I have found it to be really incredible at being a supplemental treatment (I also take medication) for my anxiety. A lot of my anxiety revolved around my body and health, and I found a yoga class that was more of a slow-flow, meditative class that was mostly about exploring your body and meditation.
