Nonconventional treatment of anxiety

Good morning!
I suffer from anxiety since 18. I've already tried various methods of treatment, various doctors, but without success.
Maybe, somebody knows any nonconventional ways of treatment?

I know it's probably cliche but have you tried yoga? I have found it to be really incredible at being a supplemental treatment (I also take medication) for my anxiety. A lot of my anxiety revolved around my body and health, and I found a yoga class that was more of a slow-flow, meditative class that was mostly about exploring your body and meditation. It really helped me to accept my body (which is still an ongoing process).

I cannot believe how much I enjoy meditating. I would never have guessed but its' actually very helpful.
