Sydney24 0 Posted October 24, 2016 Hi everyone. I'm Sydney, and while I'm new to the forum, I can't say I'm new to anxiety and panic attacks. I've dealt with them for more than a decade. I go through periods where it's manageable and controllable, but the past few months have been rough due to a personal loss. Grief and anxiety are an exhausting combination, so I'm hoping this forum and the chat will help me with some coping skills and give me the chance to talk with others who deal with the same issues. Anxiety and Grief do not mix, ive been there before and understand what you are going through. I had been doing great managing and overcoming my anxiety and agoraphobia, and now I feel completely lost. The emotion is so unpredictable, intense, brutal.
