Started reading "change your thinking" by Sarah Edelman to help with cognitive behavioural therapy it is a good read and has good strategies and suggestions to follow. 

Can anyone please recommend some other self help education content to be viewed?

Hi Frank 

you can read " THE POWER OF NOW" by Eckhart Tolle, about how to stay in the present momment... also you can read " Excuses Begone" by Wayne Dyer, about how our habits from childhood and excuses have kept us from being our true authentic self, also " Feeling Good" by Dr. Peter Burns, i think that is his name.  Oh and of course CLAIRE WEEKES books.. i haven't read her stuff...but others have recommended her.
