Hello!

 

So I was thinking that as a form of motivation, a group of us could follow a 21 day clean eating, health kick challenge. 

 

I think that if we all keep each other updated on how we are doing and are there to support each other it will be really helpful!

 

We could maybe work out a sort of points system so that it is sort of a mini competition to provide us with more motivation to do well.

 

This could really work if enough people want to join in!

 

Let me know if you think this is a good idea or not and if you would want to join in!
