Mel1981 11 Posted January 9 Hey all, lately I've been noticing at night in bed I will have spasms where it feels like I'm clenching my anus. I can only really describe it like an orgasm type spasm with the pelvic floor. But it includes the anus. I know I have a hemorrhoid right at the opening there as well.
