Mel1981 11 Posted June 16, 2023 Hi all. My son has nose bleeds pretty much every day this week. He’s been outside every day at baseball camp. Usually it goes away quickly. He’s 9 1/2 and always super active. He’s complained of a slight headache this morning but otherwise his normal self. Has anyone else experienced this? There are a lot of factors at play here - allergies, location, etc. In my area of the United States, we have had a LOT of wildfire smoke come down from Eastern Ontarion and particularly Western Quebec. Sunday 6/18 is our 9th Air Quality Alert day - all in June. I go out running in th weather and have noticed a bit of couching and problem catching my breath. I even run in the evenings. That could be a reason. The headaches are likely extremely dry sinuses. You might want to check wit h a doctor just in case he might have something. Usually, saline nasal srays can help moisten the sinuses, but a doctor would know more than me.

But when you say make sure he doesn’t have something, do you mean something really bad like a tumor?

It doesn't mean a tumor, but something like allergies or sinusitis. A humidifier might work, too.

So, hopefully, just some dryness and stuff like that. We live in Oklahoma US, so it can get dry and windy a lot. Also, very hot right now.

A humidifier in his room at night should help a bit.
