Ihadcancer 319 Posted December 19, 2022 The week before Thanksgiving I spent 4 nights/ 5 days in the hospital with hyponutrenia (too low sodium). One week after discharge my bp was 199/110 from anxiety. The ER doc said it was anxiety and hbp. Since then my health anxiety has returned and I need to find help. I still take klonopin (same dosage for 13 years) but need help calming down. I'm very concerned that I'm dying. My 5 days in the hospital I was monitored for my heart day and night, kidneys, liver all checked out fine. I'd eaten too little and drank massive amounts of water. No other health issues. I need help overcoming this fear and getting my bp down. I'm taking 100 mg Losartan in the a.m. and 25 mg Hydralazine at bed. BP is staying around 160/86. I live west of Atlanta and have Medicare AB and Humana D starting in January.

I would probably do something to burn off the energy - and take in sports drinks for the salt.

I would give this as a moment to pause and make sure you are eating healthy and getting enough calories in, healthy salts, sugars, and fats.
