Now one thing that comes up every time in anxiety is that it can mimic any known disease and many conjured up ones. This is not realised enough, especially in health anxiety. Feelings such as yours can be caused by stress or some problem in your life. For reassurance see your GP. Dizziness, unsteadiness and head problems can all be anxiety.
