Trudy 27 Posted March 28, 2020 really need help please I need someone to talk to I started my kolonpin and lexapro last night I kept jumping out if my sleep I kept panicking all night long I am up for the day now in a full panic mode I feel like I can't breath right heart pounding and super jittery. Trudy 27 Posted March 30, 2020 I have been on buspirone for decades I had been on lexapro for just as long. I stopped the lex back in the fall I was taking 30mg of it but I am so freaked about our current situation my Dr. Called me in .5 mg of kolonopin and 10 mg of lex the kol.
