Night anxiety soothed

Lately I've been having terrible panic attacks and anxiety at night. My new soothing technique has been to take a bath, drink some soothing tea, take my night time medicine, and put on incents, and a night light (instead of closet light on). This has seemed to really help me relax. Likely partly the routine and partly because I'm calmer with the tea, smells and medicine.
