Vandelsrock21 104 Posted July 24, 2019 All of the above is how I have felt for the last year and a half. I think I know if I was dying it would have happened by now. I am stressed 247. Any deal with these issues. How did you make a change. It's so hard to smile and act like i am fine when i am not. I am in a dark place with friends and family all around. I can't tell them how I feel because they either don't believe me or think I am a wimp. But trust me I am not a wimp. It seems like a fighting a losing battle. It cant be all anxiety. I appreciate the support this group has given me.
Bella P 75 Posted July 24, 2019 Eye floaters are actually very common and aren’t a serious issue. A part of your eye that I can’t remember the name of stretches and repairs itself constantly, and it happens more as you age, causing floaters. In time you get used to them and see through them, and or they go away. I have them myself, and they aren’t serious. Anxiety can definitely cause the rest of your issues though. When you are anxious you tense your muscles, even if you don’t realize you do it, causing body pain. Twitching is caused by adrenaline and other stress hormones rushing through your body to prepare to flee or fight. When you do neither one, you twitch. Both of these, and just anxiety in general, are very draining. I have all of these happen very often, and it is hard, but it can be helped. There are teas to help with anxiety that can help you calm down, and getting some stress toys may also help. I find that fidget spinners and squishies help me the most. Taking a bath with epsom salt in the water helps relieve sore and tensed muscles, too. If you aren’t sensitive to essential oils in a negative way, lavender oil can be very calming. You can put it in a bath, put it on your temples or there are essential oil bracelets/necklaces you can find and carry lavender around with you to smell. I hope that you feel better soon. Ms.Honey 12 Posted July 25, 2019 I have a terrible amount of eye floaters and my eye drs (two different ones) have assured me they’re annoying but not serious.
Walking Circles 53 Posted July 25, 2019 I have a significant amount of floaters, enough that they are constantly in my field of vision. I struggle as well with fatigue and a bit of random exercise intolerance. I have had body wide muscle twitches for roughly seven years now. So yeah, I totally sympathize on this one.
