Wingnut 13 Posted March 8, 2019 So Im not on a "vacation" per say, but Im in the Everglades right now helping a friend to repair an RV. The entire time I have had SEVERE anxiety about not having help available if something happens (Medically). This isnt the first time Ive felt like this, as Ive been on actual "vacations" as a nervous wreck. To add to the anxiety, Ive been breathing in most likely black mold, rat droppings, and fiberglass...I just dont know what to do to calm myself down in general. Especially right now at night Im feeling really hot ,dizzy, and a bit scatterbrained.
Shanowl80 73 Posted March 8, 2019 Hey! Are you for sure breathing in those things or you think you might be? I am one of those people that worry about not being near anywhere I can get medical help so I get it. But, I am sure you could indeed get help if it was necessary. The feeling you are getting are most likely from being anxious. The other day I had it in my mind that I had something specific going on and I had pain in that area. After I saw my Dr and had a test that ruled that out, the pain disappeared. Our minds are incredible in the ways it can make us feel things that aren’t actually an issue. I hope you feel better!
