Bterflymom 155 Posted December 10, 2018 You're not going to go crazy, trust me. You're obsessing though and that's a waste of time. You're making yourself a nervous wreck. Breathe deep or into a paper bag for a while, it will calm you down. You've let fear rule your life and like I suggested before get yourself into a psych ward for some relief from this negative thinking and your symptoms. I've had to go there over 40 years ago and it was a huge help to me. You write the same thing every day so I'm thinking that's all you have on your mind is yourself, not good. Get some real help, join a support group in your community, do something besides thinking about this all the time.
pistachio 1 Posted December 10, 2018 Hint: you write the same pleads for help repeatedly and other than severe anxiety (and probably making it worse in the process) nothing bad has happened to you. It feels awful, I know. I've had to leave work and take a breather, a long breather, sometimes take some time off. Just do what you have to do to stop this cycle. You're making yourself crazy, not anything that is happening to you. Anxiety can make you feel like your life is over but tomorrow always comes. Please develop some tools to manage it, counseling, exercise, deep breathing, journaling, anything that helps you. Start identifying what helps you. It's very difficult and I'm trying to figure it out every single day still, but you need to start. What you're doing is totally unhelpful.

T17911 1 Posted December 14, 2018 Hey buddy, I know how you feel. I’m on disability for my anxiety disorder and panic attacks. Just went on disbality last year. Former law enforcement officer and had a lot of stress on the job. The important thing is you have to relax! Or your going to make things worse. You have to be strong! I have a fiancé and I talk to her about this . It helps to have a loved one to be there for you. It’s all in your head. I have obsessive negative thoughts , but you have to replace those thought with something positive. Tell yourself it’s going to be ok, life is too short too worry! I’m on lexapro now and I know it’s going to take some time for the meds to work , be patient. I had a panic attack on thanksgiving and had to go to the ER. I felt so embrased after wards, felt I was making a scene in front of them. I thought it was my heart, but the ekg was fine. M fiancé reassures me this when I have anxiety and I tell myself this if I’m having a attaché There was nothing wrong with me. Cut caffeine out of your diet, that helps a lot! I know how it can be . After that I started scheduling doctors visits with a neurologist, cardiology, Etc. I was going crazy with obsession. Then I told myself , this is stupid and canceled the appointments because I made them due to my anxiety. You can’t let your anxiety control your life. Keep your mind occupied and take it easy. My dad passed away at age 38 from a enlarged heart, he worked out everyday and ate right, but was under a lot of stress, stress is not good! Don’t stress yourself out. I’m not going to worry myself to death about if that happens to me. God will take us when our time comes. I have to live life to the fullest and can’t live in fear and worry. You have to do the same.
