  1. So i started with an ALS fear from body wide twitching, fatigue, muscle pains, dizziness. then i had a NCS and and SSEP and both said there was a neuropathy issue in my lower back and cervical spine. so i started thinking MS and my neuro said from the start i dont have ALS or MS. eventually after nothing in my blood tests i get an MRI i waited 3 weeks for the results.. it is now 7 months later and pure worry the entire time all day every day. the worrying of mri results seemed to have exacerbated my nerve pains that had gone away for some time as well as facial twitching. i got my mri results and they are completely normal, i felt happy right there in the office but that feeling faded before i even left the parking lot.. my mind started going.. i started asking my self what is causing the neuropathy then.. is it ALS still... but i've been working out and gaining muscle, but i get these little episodes throughout the day where i feel off balance and like my eyes hurt and im sensitive to bright lights and i havent regained any weight im stuck at 150lbs and when this all started i was about 178 lbs... mind you i wasnt eating much the first 2 months, i switch my diet to being mostly leafy greens and quality meat and that was helping until a few days ago.. i dont know if the constant stress is making me flare up or what. i havent lost strength but my hands always feel uneasy..my arms muscles feel dull, so i end up picking up things that are heavy and flipping them in the air and catching it like im trying to test my grip yet it all works... but it just feels weird when im at rest my fingers and my thumbs will twitch sometimes... im starting to the the nerve test inaccurately pinpointed the origin of my neuropathy too, i think theres an issue between my shoulder blades and i only had an mri of my cervical spine and brain...i get in these panic modes where i feep like im going to go limp all over and then i kind of come out of it. i always feel better at home and i can workout and balance right at home, i can do jumping jacks and run in place for 5 minutes, i can do alternating dumbbell reps for 30 each arm per set i do weighted calf raises, sit ups, push ups, bench press 135lbs(not my max, it just hurts my shoulders to do more) for 10 to 15 reps... but i still believe i have a more serious issue...
  2. try intermittent fasting as well, the easiest way to do this is early dinners later breakfast. because most of the fasting is done while you sleep, so the target is between 12 to 16 hours not eating. fasting has been studied to show the body having greater healing capability, brain function, stem cell production, old cell dumping amd new more functional cell production, and immune cell production. if you would like you can look up. Dr rhonda patrick she teaches about the nutritional roles of foods and fasting, hyper and hypothermic therapy among other things. as well as recipes
  3. and further cooking with cheap veggie oils creates trans fats, its important to cook with fats that have a high smoke point and or usually solid at room temp, i.e. coconut oil, ghee, tallow. with the exception of extra virgin olive oil. i can almost bet you'd see better results on a modified paleo diet vs a strict vegan diet. an idea of this is, no dairy (except ghee aka clarified butter), no grains, no legumes, limited seeds. eat a lot of organic leafy green vegetables from the cruciferous family, eat full colored low glycemic fruits which are primarily berries, eat only grass fed meats including organ meats, only eat wild caught fish. things like this will regulate your bodily functions. i've been battling not just HA but an actual neurological issue that was giving me severe fatigue, execise intolerance, muscle loss. and i flipped my health around following this diet, very strictly.
  4. how old are you if you dont mind me asking... one thing i learned about cholesterol is that stress and anxiety raise LDL levels a lot, its actually best to do mutliple panels within a week or a month. To clear something up going purely vegan imo is a huge mistake long term.. the real problem isnt so much what you are eating, its the quality of what you eat. its very important to understand nutrition and interactions of nutrition within the diet. if you ate a lot of fast foods and conventionally raised meats cooked in or with cheap vegetable oils, that is the actual culprit in poor health and cholesterol management within the body. Ruminant animals for instance, are not supposed to eat grain. they need grass to create the vitamins in their gut bacteria that stores in their fat which is then already converted to the most bioavailable form for your body to absorb during digestion. going pure vegan is very easy to do completely wrong, 1 because ALL plants contain some type of anti nutrient, a defense mechanism that makes the plant unpalatable or hard to digest. 2 bevause humans are omnivorous not pure herbivores, this because we only have 1 basic phase of breaking down plant matter and that is chewing.. after that the body struggles to break down plants. a vegan diet is ok in the short term because what is essentially happening is a total deficit which may help your body kind of reboot itself. but im not your doctor i just study nutrition. im just saying that information is fairly free and easy to obtain.
  5. i've been doing this so often my throat gets super dry and it takes some work to hack out this super sticky clear mucus. and it being so dried out i think causes some dry foods to stick, as long as the food is moist i have no issues swallowing it, like dark meat chicken..easier than breast meat to swallow, sometimes i have to push food out of the back of my mouth and try again with more saliva..it sucks and i cant stop swallowing
  6. can you get ahold of a sublingual CBD tincture to take while coming off of that?
  7. The trigeminal nerve can be aggravated by stress causing many symptoms involving the face, eyes, and mouth
  8. look up Motivationaldoc on youtube he has a lot of methods for relieving pains, pinched nerves, numbness etc.
  9. well Virus are not affected by antibiotics, and antibiotics also destroy the good bacteria in the gut, weakening the immune system and making way for a virus to replicate, so honestly..yes it can but only if your gut bacteria is extremely damaged by the antibiotics, you could invest in a good pre and probiotic, im not talking about that gummy junk they sell i mean go into a healthfood store and get their 30 to 40 dollar bottles of probiotics with 30+ billion cultures to keep your good bacteria alive.
  10. you might think home is a comfort zone and sometimes it is, but its also where your mind can wander.. when you're at the doctor however, you know you're in an immediate place of help and assistance, so it can be calming. and maybe even you look around and see people who appear to be in a worse spot than you and you almost recognize insignificant your own problems may be when you see how bad someone else is suffering.
  11. One is to realize you probably dont have it and second MS is completely reversable and anyone with it can live their entire life completely healthy with no issues from it. MS is talked about as this horrible disease, and yes it can be, IF the person continues eating the wrong trigger foods, MS is an autoimmune disease that is triggered by a poor diet and inflammatory food products combined with lack of nutrient density.
  12. Paleo diet, wahls protocol, look it up. Drs treat symptoms, proper food will treat the issue itself. functional medicine is the answer. God bless
  13. heres another fact about tetanus, its doesnt actually come from cuts or punctures from metal or rust alone, tetanus comes from spores more often transmitted into soil from animal feces that come in contact with common gardening tools or metals left outdoors near the ground where a lot of animal traffic or manuer is present, otherwise its fairly rare to get it from a car door.
