So it’s not that the bruise hurts or anything it just won’t go away! It’s been 14 days and takes up my whole top of my foot and ankle! I went to the er and they did blood tests, tests for clotting, and few others and they all came back normal! I have to see a podiatrist on Thursday (feeling a bit nervous) but my nausea with anxiety just won’t let me eat I mean it can go on for weeks and nobody understands! But I am not one that can afford to lose not even a pound! Just wishing there was ways to help! I been dealing with this for about 25 years but as I get older it gets harder on my old self 😂 thank you so much for reaching out I appreciate it

I have really bad health anxiety I have since I was young! Now being older you would think I could control it but I just can’t! My biggest thing is when I get to worrying about something I completely lose my appetite! Like the thought, smell, or even thinking of food makes me nauseous and gag! So right now I have a crazy bruise on my foot it won’t heal I been to the er 3 times and all blood work and X-rays come out fine but I can’t get my appetite back! But no one in my family understands me especially my husband and it’s lonely! I’m only 5’1 and lost about 6 lbs (so I weigh about 90lbs right now)in the last 10 days and I would just like a friend or someone that goes through similar experience with eating! Everyone thinks I want to be this way to not be able to eat and I’m just struggling to get out of this crazy cycle! Sincerely Just someone looking for a friend or someone who understands

Gabapentin!

I am taking that medication and lorezapam. I am not sure if it is caused by anxiety or not just had an mri done on my neck and brain! Freaking out about the results being ms or a tumor! And I had another test to test for brain abnormalities! I find these results out tomorrow and I have an EMG coming up at the end of the month! I have also had a ton of blood work which all came out fine! But I have very bad anxiety so I will find out some more tomorrow at my dr appt!

I have been taking that medication for about a month now for burning and numbness in my hands and feet and it has worked great for me! Only side effect I have had was tiredness and that was just in the beginning!

Ever time I go out to a bar the smell of cigars or cigarettes stay in my hair for days! Even after I washed it! It eventually goes a way after a few washes!

Thank you everyone it's just scary to have these symptoms for so long and not to know. And us with HA always think it's some type of death sentence! Wish I could stop worrying so much

So I first started getting terrible headaches and went to the dr and he said tension headaches! Well now I have tingling in my hands and feet for about a week and freaking out that I have ms! The dr said he could not say no to me having MS but he did not think that was it and order me a million of blood test! He also said it could be from having really bad anxiety! Anyone else have these type of symptoms with anxiety cause I'm trying not to freak out! I really dislike heath anxiety and always worrying the worst!

I am doing cbt which I do not feel like it work much! It actually goes in waves! Some months I seem to be getting better and life is going good! Then, there comes a bump in the road and I start all over again! I have tried all types of medications and none see to work! The only one that is a life save for me is my ativan when I have a full blown panic attack other then that nothing! I understand in away about heath anxiety from the death of someone you love! My grandma passed away from cancer when I was 20 and that is when I developed my heath anxiety!

THere are othe options for Uti's! I have chronic uti's almost once a month for like the last 7 or so years! Have you tried cipro or Leviquin those are like the only too that ever work for me! I know they are the stronger antibiotics so they like to wait to give them! Also if you go to your local pharmacy they carry azo pills for uti symptoms and those work miracles! Hope you feel better soon!

Umm that video was crazy! I don't know if you are religious or not but if this is not something that god wanted her to experience and she can cause these symptoms herself that is really crazy! Plus she needs a lot of help cause those are some serious wounds

I definitely understand where u are coming from. my thing right now is tension headaches and weird tingly feeling in hands and feet that I am now convinced I have Lyme disease or MS! Before that was severe stomach aches that I lost 40 pounds on and thought I had stomach cancer which was only caused by my anxiety! It never ends even though u know it's most likely cause by worrying and anxiety but then you think maybe this time is different!

Thanks, for replying! How is therapy working for you? (If you don't mind me asking) I have been going off and on for two years I do not feel like it helps me much! Just gives me a place to vent!
