What do you mean by troublesome?

Been trying to take it easy but been developing some nausea and a lot of soreness the past couple weeks and its been getting worse. Lots of tenderness around my body. I'm guessing this is normal with anxiety and worry though.

Yeah I figure it's probably a mixture of anxiety and being so out of shape.

So I've come to a problem. Sometimes I feel like I've been breathing really hard and I don't have to do much to start doing it and its really got me worried. My stomach always feels tight and I have a tender spit right below the right side of my ribs. Just hurts when you touch it.

The late meal thing is definitely me and I can try taking them a little earlier. I've noticed the acid reflux is worse at night when I'm laying down or its worse when I skip or miss a meal and haven't eaten in a long while. I can try to be better at not missing meals and also I think maybe cutting down on red meats? I've heard to much red meat can cause acid reflux and I tend to eat a lot of it.

I've noticed that it gets worse with certain foods. Soda or anything caffeinated makes it worse. Spicy foods and fast food deff make the heart burn a lot worse. My throat seems worse in the morning. There are times where it does feel a bit better but there's other times where it feels alot worse

Yeah I get the cough sometimes and I seem to want to clear my throat a lot. It sucks if I do clear my throat I get some white mucus. It sucks but I've still been trying to eat better.

Hey idk if you have the same thing but I seem to have a cough that won't go away. Usually happens after I eat.

So its been a week and I've been trying to cut back on sweets sodas and fast food. I've made some improvements but I've felt my throat getting worse. I got sick and had a really back cough sneezing runny nose and nausea. So my throat lump just feels bigger and I do a lot of clearing of my throat which I've done a lot anyway. I feel Like I can't breathe when I lay down now. Or if my neck is pressed against my chest it makes it feel worse. Like my neck is really tight. Sometimes I feel like my food gets stuck in my throat. Its not because the food is to big it feels like when its something reallynsticky or crumbly. Like it gets stuck in maybe some mucus I have stuk in my throat. Just don't know what I can do to make it feel better.

I think it has to do a lot with the heartburn that I get alot. I usually get it when I go to bed and I think I should try what Gilly said to do and see if that helps.

Not just few months but more like years. I haven't been taking care of my body as much as I should

I've been eating and drinking nothing but fatty foods and soda. For a while now so Ive always wondered if that's whats causing all this.
