I have terrible internal trembles EVERY. Single. Morning. It's terrible. I have night mares from the meds that i'm on. I have anxiety from doing the same distruvtive thing over and over. We need to try something new. How about thinking you DON"T have a brain tumor, and that it's just high anxiety. I have it, and i don't have a brain tumor. Hugs!

Ethansmom started following shortness of breath, for the ladies- shooting pains? and Waking up trembling and buzzing

Okay, i'm having an issue today. All of sudden, i'm getting these random shooting pains in my private area. I had an IUD put in a couple of weeks ago and i'm still spotting, which is supposed to be normal. Has anyone experienced these shooting pains before. It comes and goes so quickly that i can even take anything for it!

So seroquel has been okay for me, except I feel like I am craving sweets ( but in all fairness, I have a major sweet tooth). The seroquel helps me sleep and was calming at first, but my anxiety still comes out in other ways. I keep waking up with an inner tremble. I’m wondering if that just means I need to get back to exercising and that I have built up tension in my body? I’m still not right, but I know medication cannot solve everything. It’s been freezing out these past few days, so I really just want to lay around with a blanket instead of working out!

I’m sorry no one has responded to you. I can relate. I just feel like a zombie, just there, like I don’t want to do a darn thing . FWIW I take Effexor and seroquel extended release before bed and klonopin . It’s very numbing, but excess energy scares me. My point is I have insomnia from my meds. I couldn’t sleep for two weeks on and off . Seroquel has solved that .

As an add on to my Effexor. I’ve read to many reports of weight gain. I’m scared this is going to happen to me to I’ve been walking almost everyday. It does help me a bit, but unfortunately numbs me —which helps reduce anxiety. It also helps me sleep. Any one tried this?

Thanks Holls. I’ve been crying today. I feel anxious. I really think it started from trazadone or lack of sleep. I tried seroquel Extended release and also felt anxious. I kept worrying I was going to get diabetes from it. I need help. I’m going to my psychiatrist. I need her to explain all my options

Thank you Bella! You’ve called me down quite a bit!

I know I've had this before, so I'm trying to figure out what's causing it. I've was experiencing high anxiety these past few weeks with my surgery and all the christmas and birthday parties I've been hosting. Now that those events are over, I still can't get a hold on my anxiety. I'm waking up trembling. It feels like my chest is vibrating. So i check my pulse- it's fine, maybe a little fast. The only thing different i've done is start trazadone, which in low doses helps with sleep-- that's what I'm using it for. Unfortunately, i looked up the side effects online, and one of those is cardiac arrythmiac, sudden death, etc. I'm terrified of taking this med, but it does help (with the exception of yesterday). I was having nightmare and didn't get much sleep, thus i'm extra shaky and anxious today. I'm worried i'm going to drop dead from this med, as the doctor prescribed it over the phone since i was complaining of insomnia. I see her for a med review on Wednesday. I'm just not sure what is causing the shaking. Work is also super busy, and i'm feeling a bit shaky right now.

Thanks Binn. And i have no more shortness of breath. Hooray! Stupid anxiety!

Hi Marc and Bonn! No other symptoms. In fact the breathing got better when my husband called me at work . I’m going grocery shopping to hopefully the walking will help. I never know what a “true” emergency is anymore

I know this is a common anxiety symptom, but how do you make it going away? Some of you know i had a surgical procedure on Friday, and the surgery sheet mentioned to call if i had any of the following symptoms, Chills, fever, leg pain, shortness of breath, etc. Now my crazy irrational brain is telling me that what if I have a blood clot causing the shortness of breath. How do I tell that apart from Anxiety. I just feel like I am manually breathing. I know that i have had this several times before. What helps you get over this? I have one of those finger pulse oximeters. If i was truly short of breath, would that show it?

I got the flu last year even though I had the flu shot. I drank a lot of water, took Aleve, and still had to take care of my 7 year old who had influenza a. We were fine, just a few days of feeling crappy. The worst thing was the sinus infection he got afterwards. That’s all, no serious after effects. Feel better

thank you A11yance. They did tell me not to eat or drink after midnight, which sucks because my surgery is at 3:30! They did however, say i should take my usual anxiety meds with a tiny sip of water in the morning.
