Thank you for the replies, it helps so much talking to others with similar issues as most people cant comprehend OCD.
In regards to my issues I believe they have built up over time due to the amount of pressure I undertook from University, work and life in general and although I've managed to stop: Aligning, Rereading, Counting, Tidying and doing tasks in order by myself (Due To Long Waiting Lists & Relocating...) I am still suffering from cleanliness which I believe is called contamination-perfectionism.
Would be great to hear from others that have or overcome this as it's frustrating feeling trapped in a constant loop.
