About Me

Hi, I am a 35 year old guy. I am a former US Marine, but that doesn't stop the anxiety bug from kicking my azz. I came here because the last 3 years have been rough. I hope to find support, and hope I can offer support. Ultimately, being ridden with anxiety gets in the way of me being the best father, partner, and person I can be. I bet many of you can relate.
