  1. Eating disorders are very complex and it is necessary to have support and treatment, especially if you have struggled for many years. You are definitely not alone! I have struggled for 15 years and have been inpatient and outpatient and still had tons of slips. It's all a process and it will be your own personal journey. I would suggest seeing a therapist who specifically specializes in eating disorders.
  2. Hello everyone. I just joined this site tonight. I have been having tingling, twitching, buzzing, needle pricking feelings, and insomnia for 19 months now. I am at my wits end. I have been crying every day. I am going to a homeopathic dr on Monday. I have been to a neurologist and been told I am fine. My symptoms have gotten worse over the last 5 days. I have more painful needle pricking feelings and I woke up this morning and my whole head was tingling. I have a 3 year old daughter and hate feeling so stressed bc of the symptoms all the time. I also had sciatica when I was pregnant and it flares up sometimes. I'm glad I found this post. I just need some relief. I am on medical leave as of 3 weeks ago, I just couldn't work anymore. I just turned 30 and never thought I would feel this way.
