I felt really judged when I dropped out of school due to anxiety. I thought that everyone assumed I did it because I was lazy and didn't want to study, which couldn't be farther from the truth. No one ever said as much to me, but some of the things they said made me think that the thought was in the backs of the their minds. In the end, (at the advice of my mother) I just had to say "screw 'em."

My name is Kim and I have GAD, OCD, panic disorder, and depression. I'm currently training a puppy to (eventually) be my psychiatric service dog. I'm a 22 year old mathematics student, and in my spare time, I like reading, crocheting, and hiking! I'm so glad to have found this forum!
