Thank you jonathan and kkriceb. Do you really know people that have overcome this devil thing? Can the death of dad Honestly have had such ans impact on me? I just cannot let it go that aomething is wrong. I am smoking ten times more than I usually would. I am constantly worried to the point that I dont even feel like doing the washing or anything. I dont do the things I used to enjoy anymore! I had a complete freak last night and cried so so much! Am I gonna end up in hospital because of this?? If I had to choose id rather have panic attacks than this! I am so scared!!

Hi jonothan,how do you know about the rash. Sorry for asking but unfortunately on the site where I saw it it said it is life threatening if you get a rash from it and must seek medical trwatment immediately. Yes I did get it from my gp. I know ativan but have never had a reaction to ativan? And they are the same class of drug. That is why I am asking how you know about the urbanol rash? Seeing as I am now a hypochondriac,what do you think about natural remedies? And also what are your thoughts about hypnotherapy?

Hi guys. I am having a really bad day! I feel ready to give up on this constant fight!! I cannot do this anymore! A thing as a simple rash located just on my forearm is driving me insane!!!!!! I feel like running to the hospital but know I will only be making a fool of myself! I have never felt so alone in my life! Has God forsaken me? Anyone one here ever uae urbanol? Did you ever get a rash from it on your arms? I read that that can be a serious side effect and now I am scared to drink it. (And yes it was on google). The paper that comes with the meds does not even say anything about it???? Only saying hypersensitivity. What de hell. Is this drug dangerous?? Anyone???

Oh I also had a doper test done and 2x d dimers (all for clots) and all came ba k normal!

Hi all. My name is susan. I am a 32yr old female from south africa. I suffer with severe health anxiety. I have had the following symptoms: Sweaty hands and feet. tight feeling over chest and tummy. excessive intruding thoughts. tremors (not that often). Heart beating fast/loud (not that often) Fear sometimes emotional back pain,especially upper back pain. cheat discomfort and sometimes get that sharp pain right on the sternum between breast. not really short of breath,just the chest tightness. I have had numerous test done as follow: full blood count - normal 2x ecg - normal chest xray - normal heart enzymes blood work - normal the normal test of blood - normal Since my dad died a month ago I have become obsessed with everything health wise. I do smoke but am on the road to quit. None of this ever botheres me,all started just after my dad died. I feel out of control and like I am always going to be like this! My husband is very supportive but is getting fed up now. I dont know what to do anymore! I am currently on urbanol but the thoughts wont stop and that is what is causing all of this!!!! I hate who I am at the moment and feels like God is punishing me!

I dont get the heart palps all that much but keep worrying something is wrong with me. I had an ekg done,heart enzymes tested, full blood count,d-dimer test etc. Why so I stil believe something is wrong with me??? I cannot do this any longer. I fear mu husband is going to leave me because this has been going on for a month al ready. Any one pit there that has overcome theira. I cannot accept that this is all in mu head! Thank you susan. Anyone out there feel like sharing their hypochondria storie with me? How bad does it get?

Thank you. My dad was 60 (he Passed Away last month. Not Just that,my grandma Passes away 7 nov 14, my grandfather passes away 20 nov and my dad 25 nov. And ever since then, I had this thing about my health.

I will freak about the most stupid things! Like u know sometimes when u cough there mights be a tiny spec of blood in your mucus, I want to run to hospital for that! Even thought I had test done on christmas eve showing no blood clots!!!
