I have this too, have had it for years. It feels like a rope burn pain in my right side right next to my belly button but also somewhat in my right back. Also seems worse when sitting or slouching (my posture is bad). Just went to the ortho he said my spine is curving a little and I have some very small bone spurs. I think it is gastro though and I am going to begin a food log. I felt terrible this afternoon after eating spicy mexican food. Sorry you all are having trouble with this but it helps to know it isn't just me. Ivy

I get this pretty frequently, right on the end of my nose. Weird for sure but I have had it for years and nothing terrible has happened so I just ignore it and it goes away. Ivy

I literally just had one about an hour ago and I am fine. I have been having them for a few years now. They used to scare the heck out of me at first but now I appreciate that they are painless and short lived. I prefer them to an actual migraine any day. No worries. I have been to the doctor a few times and they say they are harmless. Ivy

I just started having these as well, maybe two years ago. They are very scary at first but you get used to them. They are apparently more common in women as we get older. The good news for me is they are not painful and last only about 15 minutes. I have regular migraines as well and those are excruciating and last for days so I prefer the ocular migraine any day. Try not to worry, these are very common. I saw my ophthalmologist about them and she confirmed they are harmless. Ivy

So far I have taken Teva, Solco, and Actavis and haven't noticed anything. I still don't want to change again and I call several pharmacies to find Actavis since that is what I am taking now but they were all fine. You will be fine on the Solco, I took it for 3 months, maybe 6 and it was good. Ivy

Hope and Help for Your Nerves by Claire Weekes, The Panic Switch by Jeff Hammes both have help me tremendously.

I started getting these exact same symptoms, zig zags and blurred vision a couple of years ago. I went to the eye doctor and she said classic ocular migraine, absolutely harmless no need to worry or do anything. I was listening to doctor radio last week and the show was about migraine and they said that as women get older the traditional migraines lessen and more ocular migraines occur, that it is very common as hormones change. I am 45 so it makes sense that I have been getting them a lot more lately. I wouldn't worry, I told a group of friends about them and three out of the five knew exactly what I was talking about because they had them before. Two women at work have had them lately as well, very common. Ivy

I am about a month in to the pink Activis pills and I haven't noticed any difference. Hopefully this is the last change for a long time, this last change made me so anxious. The hard part is the pharmacy acts like you are crazy for even wondering what the brand is or being concerned about the change...very frustrating. Ivy

I had my first major surgery four years ago and I am totally med phobic. Like you I hate taking meds at all but more than one at at time is really hard. I was sure I wouldn't wake up from the anesthesia or have an allergic reaction to something but nothing at all and they gave me tons of medicine....so many different things. You will be fine, take the Valium, it's a gift and you will wonder why you were afraid of it. Ivy

I have had this lots of times over the years, I always attributed it to some sort of cramping, hormone thing. I wouldn't worry about it, I think it is normal.

Change number one was fine, but I still have a couple of weeks before I have to do the second change to the pink Activis pills. I am hopeful it won't be any different but still nervous. Are you doing ok, any more changes? Thanks for checking in.

I just read recently that the reason that people feel so out of breath after climbing stairs is because we often hold our breath when doing so. The article said to make sure you take a deep breath before climbing the stairs or during and it will improve. I tested it out and it does seem to work. I walk miles a day so I was perplexed as to why I couldn't climb the stairs to my bedroom. Give it a try see if it helps to take breaths when going up the stairs. Ivy

Checking in on this thread. It looks like I am going to have to switch again as well to the pink Activis pills. I wanted to know how the latest switch went for you as I am feeling more anxious about having to do it again as well. I hope it's going ok, please let me know it helps to have someone else going through it. Thanks.

Probably Teva, they were yellow and Actavis replaced Teva.

Actavis is the replacement for Teva. Teva bought Actavis and is now releasing the clonazepam under the Activis name. It is likely that will be the one those of us that were on Teva brand will be ending up with. I always go to CVS and they always had Teva, once that was unavailable they gave me Solco but I am guessing when I go to refill again it will be Actavis since that is what Teva now makes and that is the vendor CVS has the relationship with. The good thing is that Actavis and Solco are exactly the same ingredients, absolutely the same not just the active but the inactive ingredients and the came chemical makeup so other than looking different it really is the same med. The Solco I am taking now has been perfect, no issues so the Actavis should be fine for you too. I hate this too. I am just trying to not worry about the next refill.
