I received a jury summons last week and I have Agoraphobia, extreme panic attacks, bi polar, PTSD! I’m on disability due to this and degenerated disc disease, etc. I’m sorry but I just want to clarify something! My Dr.filled out the part on back of summons, and I have a note. I’m still waiting for an email from Dr.s office with all this. Do I email them this information, or send it certified mail?? Once I do that, do I have to get a letter in the mail so I know it’s done ✅ or will it just be handled. I’ve read online check portal 14 days after sending in summons, but my jury duty is January 16th . I NEED HELP!! I can’t leave my house 🏡
