Yes, and as I look back at my previous post, it was exactly the same as this. The first one was almost two years ago. With a real issue, I think it would have been obvious by now to people. Instead, when I relax and ignore it, it goes away. I am working to relax my mind about it and let it go as I did the last few times this has come up. Thanks, Ironman!

I am not a doctor, but I looked it up (without anxiety). The Augmentin likely caused the elevated enzyme levels, and it is still in the zone of time after stopping the meds. They will return to normal. No liver problems that aren't fixing themselves now. Dehydration can cause muscle cramping, dizziness, headaches, confusion, etc. Drink more water.

Tomorrow's the day, the fast starts now, I'm getting my last throws of anticipatory anxiety. I shouldn't be freaking out over a simple test but my mind is making it a much bigger life or death deal than it logically is

Make sure you take in the information. If there is health anxiety, you could end up back with all of worry returning, even after you get all the information from the doctors.

Hey! It was considered normal. I just had another one last month as well for peace of mind. Trace mitral valve regurgitation is all and I was told by two different doctors that is nothing to worry about

Yeah, doctors are rushed and can go in tangents. Since the pandemic, it has been just weird. That's good news. Until then, try not to let things worry you. You have a concrete date to go on.

My internal medicine physician told me that magnesium supplements may help. He said to stay away from caffeine, alcohol and keep well hydrated too. He also said lack of sleep and ongoing stress of course does not help either.

Thanks. I’ve been practicing deep breaths and relaxing throughout the day. My instances of it happening are far less frequent the last two days. Moving out I hope!

I wonder if quoting will send a notification....... There is interest in continuing this discussion.

I exercise a lot, so I am able to channel it out. I sprained my ankle in February and am still in a rehab point. I am restarting to run a bit. I do a four mile power walk (doing the cross country skier move) and have put in a jog of increasing distance over time. It's about half walk/half jog after two months. Exercise helps!

Stress will do this. The heart palpitations, but moreso the thinking. It's all tied. You aren't alone; it's not an easy time. As I have had to figure it out...we have to watch what we worry about. If something isn't in our control, and there seems to be a lot in this area, we shouldn't be putting energy into it. Filter things down to what we can control, and we are good.

The owners do come around. Both Anxiety Central and Anxiety Space. That "6 years" was likely the image left behind and not updated. I have known the owners for years. We were on other forums and saw the same business you have. My forum was "powder blue" lol.

You're overloading yourself and then freaking out about things that you can't balance on that overloaded plate. At that point, you have to stop and assess what you can handle and let the rest go.

You were right too. I have been getting that spacey feeling lately. It’s usually when my anxiety and “memory” issues are freaking me out too.

I have had PVC's for many years off and on. The cardiologist I saw told me that when they happen very frequently, say, 20,000 per day or you have underlying heart disease, then they may be of concern, or someone may need to be monitored more closely or undergo more testing.

Perfectly normal. They are called ectopic beats and are prevalent with us anxiety sufferers, Sometimes they are sporadic, sometimes they come in clusters, sometimes they stay for a few days/weeks. I literally had an ectopic every 4 beats, every time. Super odd but that was 10 years ago and i'm still here. Stress is the main cause of this so please try not to worry, it's benign, harmless and will sort itself out. It is NOT a sign of heart troubles.
