  1. I didn't even know Lavender came in pills. You can use it in the shower too. Add a few drops of lavender and Eucalyptus in a spray bottle with some distilled water. Then spray it on the wall of the shower and breath in the steam.
  2. Peppermint, Lemon and Grapefruit are also really nice in the bath too...
  3. Lavender is pretty strong, so you won't need much in a bath. 2-5 drops should be enough. Add a few drops of olive oil and some Epsom salts as well and you're skin will feel so nice when you get out!
  4. I was on the pill for over 15 years and never had a problem. Then all of a sudden things changed. I was anxious, depressed and felt like I was loosing my mind. I couldn't figure out was what wrong with me until my Dr. suggested I go off the pill. I can't believe the difference. It's like I'm a whole new person. Got my libido back and don't have any crazy mood swings like I used to. I feel much more calm and relaxed. To sum up: yes the pill can make you anxious.
  5. Lavender is a great choice for anxiety, but there are many others that can help as well. Try https://essentialskinoils.com It lists several different oils and their uses, as well as some recipes for Calming blends.
