hi every 1! i have a problem!! i think im addicted to eating!! all i do is eat or think about eating!! i am a uk size 20/22 an 15 stone!! i cant stop eating!! help me!!!!

also could be what you're eating. more carbs, white bread, etc. will raise your blood sugar and make you hungry. try eating more protein with your meals, that should help fill you up. drink more water too.

Leo, I feel you! I eat all the time, and if i'm not eating, i'm thinking about what I will eat next! I'm pretty skinny so it's not the weight that concerns me, but I think I eat to feel better. Like for an anxiety person, food is one pleasure that we can still enjoy. I have no answers for you really except to go with your cravings. I think the body tells us what it needs. No point fighting it! i'm gonna go get some food now.. :o

Try to do this; Use smaller plates, Serve yourself 20% less, Use taller glasses, Eat protein for breakfast. Overcoming food addiction is hard enough as it is, by adding hunge and additional restrictions to the mix you will just make things even harder and set yourself up for failure.

As you have mentioned above that you are addicted to eating, then it would be better to include healthy stuff for you meals. Avoid eating junk food and oily food . This will help you to maintain a healthy lifestyle and can continue with your eating habits as well.
